　　從摩托車上卸下化油器，先清洗化油器外部，再拆開分解各主要部件進行清洗，如果污跡比較難清洗，可用化油器專用清潔劑清洗。化油器的重點清洗部位是主油道量孔、油面室、油面控制針閥等，徹底清除化油器內沉淀和積存的附著雜質。如：鐵銹、污垢、膠質粒等，清洗干凈后復原安裝，并啟動試車，觀察調整化油器在各工況下的使用技術性能。
